Fast delivery, great quality wallpaper

The person who answered the phone was very professional.

I sent for a sample of this wallpaper before purchasing & was very pleased with it was exactly what I wanted so then purchased x3 rolls. This wallpaper was a very reasonable price, great quality & quick delivery - the pattern was bit hard to find at first but all up now and looks amazing.

Excellent customer service form Sarah Jane walker , had problem when handing a wall mural , was sent another one straight the way

Super fast delivery. But wallpaper is very thin and ripped several times. Had to patch it up. Was disappointed with poor quality

On mistakenly buying wrong colour of wallpaper, I immediately set about returning.
I ordered proper colour and recieved within 48 hours of ordering .
Then having to return 1 roll due to ordering too much!
How delighted we were to have recieved full refunds on all unopened rolls of wallpaper as well as the extra roll returned within 10days !
Customer services were extremely helpful with all my questions too.
May we add , wallpaper absolutely super on walls .

I was very pleased with the prompt response to send me my chosen wallpaper. However, the website suggested I order 3 rolls but 2 independent decorators said I only need 2 for the one wall it is going on but I can return one if necessary. I have not had it put up yet so cannot comment on the finished results.

The wall paper was quick to arrive good quality, but haven’t put it up just yet as waiting for the decorator to come soon so can’t comment on how it look as of yet but so far happy ?

Ordered samples, really disappointed by the paper. Colours looked a lot more vibrant online. And the description never said it had glitter in it! Will order elsewhere. No complaints about delivery or customer service

I received my wallpaper and was very excited for it. I entrusted it to a friend who is a carpenter but they struggled however to decipher it and we ended up with a result that was very mismatched. Luckily, Ilovewallpaper was able to compensate for this mishap and delivered me a new one, that with the help of an extra hand, we’re able to beautifully display the piece

I am slowly decorating my home and have bought all my wallpaper so far from I love Wallpaper online. I’ve had no issues at all, they come perfectly wrapped in a box with enough packing to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Will continue to buy more until my home is complete
